On the 17th and 18th of March, Moustafa Osman delivered an excellent training course with Estijabah Foundation in Aden, Yemen. In the first day of training, information about the concept, nature, sources and stages of conflict was discussed by Moustafa Osman with the participants.
The second day was focused on different approaches on how to deal with and manage conflict. Moustafa also led an open discussion about community-based peacebuilding to bring new ideas to the table. Some role play on cases of inter-communal violence were conducted to allow participants to practise the techniques, principles and methods they had learnt.
Meeting with people from different countries and having a chance to discuss and share the ways we can work together and make this world a better place for every human being is always a pleasure for OC, and we’re looking forward to staying in touch and meeting again!
