We are increasingly called upon to carry out independent third-party monitoring (TPM) of humanitarian, development and stabilisation programmes. Our approach is practical and community-based, incorporating the theory of change to help donors and delivery agencies improve cost-effectiveness and accountability. We have gained a reputation for excellence in remote data collection and reporting from difficult and hostile locations.
Examples of our MEAL and TPM work
Yemen, 2019: Evaluation of UNHCR rental assistance programme and World Food Programme (WFP) food assistance programmes on behalf of Qatar Charity.
Northern Syria, 2017 – 2020: End to end monitoring of German Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Federal Foreign Office humanitarian operations.
Jordan and Lebanon, 2018: Evaluations of UNHCR cash-assistance programmes for Syrian refugees on behalf of Qatar Charity.
Bangladesh, 2018: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) programme evaluation for Qatar Charity.
